GE Healthcare came to Media Box with a working protoype for an inventory application that they needed help taking to the next level. ASSETscan features a custom built iPad Application and Web Portal – which allows GE Healthcare employees to take inventory of their customer’s equipment in the field, collecting information into a database where it can be reviewed, consolidated and analyzed online. Employees can manually enter equipment data, generate and print a QR code to apply to the equipment with a Bluetooth printer. The QR code stores important information which can be scanned and retrieved with a QR scanner, making future inventories faster and more efficient.
On this project, I was responsible for wireframing and designing the iPad app, as well as creating the app's logo.
